• Joe Ponczak, Co-Founder of Codign Software, has over 15 years' software development, QA and sales experience. Prior to starting Codign Software, Joe spent 9 years at McCabe & Associates, an industry leader in Application Lifecycle Management products.
  
  Joe is a graduate of the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where he received a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and is an active member of the Greater Baltimore Technology Council.
• John Miller, Co-Founder of Codign Software, has 15 years' expertise in product development, holding senior development and management positions at McCabe & Associates and Advertising.com. John was instrumental in the success of Advertising.com, leading the effort on many complex, high-profile projects. 
  
  John received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Math from Towson University, and a Graduate Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

• Eric Becker is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Sterling Venture Partners. Eric has over 20 years of experience building and operating as well as investing in more than 30 companies. He has an entrepreneurial background and has served as an investor, founder, CEO and director. Eric has provided mentoring and CEO coaching, along with advice on growth, acquisitions, strategic planning and board development to many Sterling portfolio companies. He invests in education and business services companies for Sterling Venture Partners and is a board member of several portfolio companies.
• Mark Wesker, CEO of Artifact Software, brings over 12 years of experience in the software industry to Artifact. As the co-founder of Sequoia Software in 1992, Mark served as President and Chief Operating Officer from Sequoia's beginning, through its transition to a public company, and until it was acquired by Citrix Systems, Inc. in May 2001. During his tenure, Mark administered the full lifecycle of Sequoia's operations; from corporate financing; product development; sales, marketing and business development; all the way through to service and support.
  
  As part of Sequoia's executive team, Mark helped lead the sale of Sequoia to Citrix in May 2001 for $185M in cash. Following the acquisition, Mark served as Citrix's Vice President of Internet Strategy and a member of Citrix's executive management team.
• Mike Curreri, a nationally recognized pioneer in the development of Internet-based collaborative networking tools, brings to AVIcode his experience as a successful technology entrepreneur, business/team leader and intellectual property attorney.
  
  Mike is a cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School and a magna cum laude graduate of George Washington University. He received his B.S. in applied computer applications from the US Naval Academy and was highly decorated for his combat service as a Naval Officer before joining the national litigation law firm of Wright, Robinson, Osthimer, and Tatum in 1988.
  
  Mike has founded several successful Internet-related companies, including TrialNet, which under his leadership as CEO/President, became the nation’s leader in collaborative networking for the legal community.
