CoView Quality Manager: Menu Options & Icon Definitions

CoView Quality Manager is a licensed view available with CoViewManager. This view provides testability and coverage metrics for your code. You can easily pinpoint methods, classes and test cases that exceed your thresholds as well as export the data to a number of report formats.

CoView Quality Manager contains two sets of menu options.

    One is available at the top level by selecting . Menu options include:

    • Show Errors: Highlights cells in red where the metric values exceed the threshold and severity is set to 'error'.
    • Show Warnings: Highlights cells in yellow where the metric values exceed the threshold and severity is set to 'warning'.
    • Show Ignored: Highlights cells in green for metrics that were resolved to 'Ignore this Metric'.
    • Open: Opens a previously saved report of test metrics.
    • Save: Saves report data.
    • Export: Exports metrics to XML, CSV, TAB-delimited files or to Lighthouse Test Manager.

    The second menu is found by right clicking on an element in the tree. This menu consists of the following options.
    • Go Home: Restores the CoView Test Manager tree to its original state.
    • Go Back: Makes a previously selected top-level element in the CoView Quality Manager tree.
    • Go Into: Makes the currently selected item the top-level element of the CoView Quality Manager tree
    • View in CoView JUnit Manager: Opens the CoView JUnit Manager view on the same element so you can view the corresponding JUnit metrics.
    • Open Element in Editor: Opens the selected element in the editor.

    The CoView Quality Manager contains the following icons:

    • Refresh: Refreshes the summary with any code or preference changes.
    • Debug: Debugs the most recently executed JUnit test.
    • Execute: Reruns the most recently executed JUnit test
    • Stop: Cancels the currently executing JUnit test
    • Expand All: Expands the CoView Quality Manager tree to view results for project, package, class, method, and test case.
    • Collapse All: Collapses all elements in the CoView Quality Manager tree.
    • Home: Same as above.
    • Back: Same as above.
    • Go Into: Same as above.
